He eats salted eggs in the morning and takes cold showers. Good tip there on when he takes warm showers, to take cold water at the end. Not crazy about the idea myself but that's a good tip in case I want to try it.

He reads Hikaru no Go, one of his favourite mangas... hmmm... He says he reads a lot but wants to get something out of a book rather than escapism. Interesting point :)
