Suzy is still stuck in the clutches of Misha and Shizune and is dragged into joining the Student Council.
There's a fierce game of Risk going on. Extra fierce because Shizune is extremely competitive.
Some time later she finally meets Lily! Yay! :) she's all dainty and pretty.
The first meeting with her is a chat over having tea. It's a nice scene.
So it's actually spelled "Lilly" in this game. I must remember this...
