Jon talks about the anti-drug PSAs of the 80s and 90s.
There were loads of them and cartoons often had them too because they were encouraged to have a moral message. So yeah, they seem to have varied and high quality presentation.
The writing in these ads is kind of crappy and of their time so it's fun to look at them through humorous commentary.
