Whoa, Ross' legs went all weird because of the stairs!

That orange pants wearing gal is a sensation :)

Deal tons of damage, receive tons of damage too.

He's shooting a bunch of missiles like a Gundam suit or a Bangai-O ship.

Wow when Ross directs the team and his voice is there along with the accented woman's character it sounds like she is a real player instead of a voice over.

This episode is like Seven Samurai, only there are six of them.

Nice refreshing spin on the combat by making it all ninja themed with throwing stars and stuff.

Quite an ensemble today! This is Ross' perspective. He's playing with Holly, Arin, Barry, Octopimp and Macho King. They're all playing the hottest online multi-player game Overwatch.

It shifts from different perspectives as they fight too. I wonder what it was like to edit this? I feel like I'm in an internet café when I watch this!

Hmm... one of the characters looks a bit like Goron Link for a moment when he curls up and rolls.

Is this a one-off? Is it a series? I guess we'll see soon...

My third of these posts! May there be many more!

We start off with that first manga reference Danny keeps making recently! Many more instances of it appear!

The WHAP Goblin/Demon is here too with its debut. Must remember to spell it that way from now on.

We also have the amazing return of Endless Ocean 2! Man that Captain Grandpa voice Danny came up with was AMAZING!

The "Beast Cutter" joke is here too. Brilliant one that was! :)

Seeing Feathers the Pigeon chase Ross is always funny too.

There was that moment too from The Grinch where that kid wouldn't let go of you. Scary stuff!

Then there's the emulator exposure, which ruined the magic forever! Just kidding :) emulators rule. Virtual Console is an emulator after all.

God Hand Part 13 Finale

Octopimp, Ross and Arin welcome us to the finale!

They start off with a wrestling gorilla. Not the same as the gorilla from the bus stop! (or is it?)

Octopimp finishes it off with a gorilla suplex.

Next is the elite obese ninja, also easily dealt with!

Then it's Afro Fist, beaten easily with Shaolin Blast.

Up ahead it's the sunglasses guy and Olivia's captured. After a beating, the sunglasses come off and the Devil Hand comes out! Octopimp runs away until it wears off. Then it's time to beat him up more. There's a little trouble here but he manages it well.

Sunglasses guy goes into demon form and throws his Devil Hand at Gene. He absorbs it, so now he has both the God Hand and the Devil Hand!

Octopimp fights away before unleashing a couple of Double Shaolins, finishing the last guy off!

Then there's a little cutscene and the awesome song that goes with the credits. I guess this is the last time we see Octopimp for a while. Very pleased to see you and your skills on the show dude!

He, Arin and Ross just hang out for a while and enjoy the ending and talk about stuff for a while, such as the way Gene should've been in Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3. Firebrand is cool though! I like Firebrand.

God Hand Part 12

Back to God Grumps! Starring Ross aka Jesus, Octopimp aka Alex aka Buddha and Arin aka Greg.

They make jokes about Alex's obsession with anime.

They reach the main evil guy, who transforms into a giant gross fly. They beat him though!

On the next stage they make a lot of video game logic jokes. It's funny for this game because it's a very pure video game :)

Up ahead, Octopimp gets defeated! Noooooooooo! :O There goes the perfect run!

They then make fun of Gene's exclamations on collecting items. I love those :) the whistle, the "I love it!" and "Awesome!"

God Hand Part 11

We join Octopimp aka Alex, Arin and Ross for some cutscenes and shopping. Alex says they're nearly finished the game and Arin can't believe it, as it took him much longer to play through. They must be doing all this in one session or so!

After some obelisks, they come across a boss that detaches apart and comes together again. It reminds Ross of Metal Gear Rising. That game was a neat idea for a spin-off!

Ross says he's never played Resident Evil or Kingdom Hearts or much of Final Fantasy. He's not alone! I've played a good bit of Final Fantasy but not Kingdom Hearts at all. I've only played chunks of Resi 2 and Resi 4.

The next boss is a guy that can split into several copies but Octopimp beats him quickly too.

God Hand Part 10

We join Alex aka Octopimp, Arin and Tolerable Ross for a platforming segment!

It may not seem like much but we're told you get a straight up game over if you fall off them.

Next they lure a poison chihuahua to a bridge guard. Then they face the Sentai-like imps again.

They talk about the annoying thing where you repeat what someone says in a whiny voice. Very annoying!

Then they talk about puppy farms and pugs. Eesh and eesh.

Up ahead they face a psychic midget whom Alex says is the hardest boss in the game. Arin and Ross don't believe him though, because he used the Shaolin Hand on him. I don't know either!

There's a big statue of Elvis up ahead. They all talk about Hideki Kamiya's Twitter. It is an amazing Twitter! Lots of fun there :)

Next they face Shannon in her demon form. They say how it's like a Zelda boss with the weak point. It does have that "Big eye" thing going on alright.

God Hand Part 9

Octopimp takes care of Elvis in demon form in this episode. Arin and Ross note how it looks like various things, like a Skylander. It TOTALLY looks like a Skylander! They defeat him and it looks like he's gone for good.

Things are getting more difficult now! We're really getting to see what Octopimp is made of.

They all talk about iconic sound effects like the Jetsons car noise. I love that one too. Not sure which is my favourite though... hmm... Will have to think about that one.

God Hand Part 8

We join Octopimp, Arin and Ross as they rescue a guy from a dangerous game of hoopla.

The city reminds Arin of the hub world from Sonic '06! It really would make you think of it!

Ross says something amazing to Octopimp: "I God to Hand it to you, you're pretty good at this game."

They mention One Punch Man and how much they love it. It's an awesome show! Everyone should check it out as it's really fun :)

They're doing a little mini-game where they're shooting cannonballs at UFOs and ships.

They meet a rock star boss with a cool shirt and defeat him really quickly. They talk a bit about Devil May Cry. I've... never really played that series...

Up ahead, the guitar boss comes back with a drum boss and Octopimp uses the God Hand stuff he has saved up to beat them in no time.

Further still is Elvis again! Octopimp says this encounter is one of the most popular boss fights in the game, so let's check it out next time!

God Hand Part 7

Octopimp loves the running animation and it reminds him of the running in Blue Stinger for the Dreamcast. Arin and Ross haven't seen it but we're all assured it's something special.

Octopimp reaches the first boss that can dodge your attacks and beats him easily! Later on there's another boss that has electric powers and he gets beaten easily too. Arin and Ross praise Octipimp using Barry's "Oh look at me! I'm so good at video games!" line.

Some more exposition happens and it's on to the next level!

God Hand Part 6

We join Arin, Ross and Octopimp for a jokey Kickstarter pitch! This is all during a mini-game where they punch cannonballs at a ship.

They face the boss Shannon and make short work of her. They finish off nicely with a spanking!

They talk a little about Dragon Ball Evolution, since the evil guy looks a bit like Piccolo did in it. That movie was something else...

A couple of levels are passed by running past enemies instead of punching them.

More bosses like the ones from before and Octopimp beats them easily again.

God Hand Part 5

We join Octopimp, Arin and Ross for more butt kicking! Here, they're facing Elvis again. They make short work of him.

They get Gene ready and suited up for the next level. They dress him up in skimpy carnival gear.

Octopimp makes short work of everybody! A gorilla shows up and is quickly dealt with, the little sentai style heroes too.

The game is a good bit like No More Heroes alright!

God Hand Part 4

We join Arin, Ross and Octopimp for more God Handing!

It's quite gratuitous too. They show off the spanking move, which makes them go "whoa" and everything.

Ross mentions Weetabix. We have that here too Ross!.

At the end of the video, Elvis appears again for more boss time.

God Hand Part 3

Perhaps I should cover Table Flip? They released "Survive - With Friends" on the channel today. Hm...

Anyway, it's back to Octopimp, Arin and Ross for more God Hand! But first, we get live action skit where Barry gets possessed by the Ghost of Anime something or other. He then talks like an excited anime character to Suzy about Crunchyroll.com's amazing offer. It's pretty amusing, so have a watch!

OK, now it's back to God Hand! Octopimp beats Elvis pretty easily, being the pro. Some cutscenes play and they briefly discuss the plot and characters and what everything could mean. They conclude that it's about punching things until they die.

Octopimp gets some costumes, a Karate one for Gene and a bunny one for Olivia. They both look pretty dang sweet! He continues punching people and getting through levels.

God Hand Part 2

Ross and Octopimp start the video with a soft voiced greeting. Nice contrast to the mayhem in the game! Arin brings it all real again though! :)

They also sign for an irl food delivery. Ah, business stuff!

Octopimp acts out one of his favourite scenes from the game since he accidentally skipped it. Kevin edits this by putting it over the actual scene. Nice recreation. :)

Ross tells a nice fun story about the time he had a Shaolin instructor that told him to "Thrust the foot". He got mixed up however, thinking he said "Trust the foot".

Octopimp does some game glitching too which is amusing.

I like Arin's voice as Ted Bear from the Cyanide & Happiness cartoons :)

Ross tells another crazy story and they play up to the boss, Elvis. The fight with him is in the next episode!
