Wow... that's the monster. A moblin with a meek wolf howl. Quite funny! That actual wolf does have a weirdly feminine childish kind of growl which could be scary, but ends up being funny too.
Ah yes, the fancy and tricky background where you don't know if you can interact with something. Earthworm Jim suffers a lot from this problem too.
