This cartoon features Arin and Danny in the middle of the desert, parched with the thirst.
The atmosphere is pretty nice! Just dead silent apart from low wind. Poor Danny's absolutely dying and requests crazy things to drink like bourbon instead of water. Arin hesitates about going back to town but he's sweltering too. There's a vending machine here but it costs too much to buy drinks. Danny eventually passes out in a mess of sweaty hair.
I do just love the quietness and atmosphere of this cartoon where it's just the two of them over and back while in the middle of nowhere. That's how the dialogue is here and it was adapted very nicely into this cartoon.
