LAST FIGHT - POWER STONE LIKE GAME WITH SOME CUTE BABES

Ross and Chris try out this fighting game. Kinda weird in the intro where Arin gets an X put on his Grump face.
Nice... the girl character Crystal reminds me of how Samus Arin used to be depicted.
The green girl Spice looks pretty cute too :)
This game looks a lot like Power Stone.
Cool... he turns into a horseshoe crab when he dashes.

Whoa, the fish boy is op... Ross does power up and evasive manoeuvres. Doesn't look good but it works! It's like a boss fight in a survival horror game.

They go into a stage where they have to roll a burning Katamari. They talk about girls and what they'd think of having a daughter.

DEAD OR ALIVE XTREME 3 FORTUNE PART 8 - ICE CAFÉ AW LOT

Arin and Danny return to this series! Helena has a prominent tan now and they're trying to woo girls again.
Yeeks... that camera shaking Arin does in the photography mode makes Danny almost get sick. I wonder if Danny is bothered by shaky cam in movies? It's a pet peeve of mine.
I think I saw that Donald Trump hairstyle wig they're talking about in a video where they were selling tickets to Game Grumps Live!

PEPSI MAN PART 9 FINALE - EVERYBODY PEPSI!

Jimmy and Ross are getting much better after watching a speedrun! There's some merciful editing but they do get much further and there's a fast sliding section that's like Battletoads, like Battletoads etc :P
It's so difficult they get quiet and tense with the concentration. The atmosphere here is something else and the tension is contagious! That part where things get so narrow is really troublesome.
They eventually do make it though! It's so emotional and happy until Jimmy continues "...it's not the eeeeeend!" in the same emotional tone.
The final sequence is still taxing but not too hard looking and they're both spent and exhausted at this point and just want to polish the game off and be done with it. They can't even muster more excitement when they're done. The real life actor does their cheering for them when they finish!
So, beating the game unlocks a free play mode where you have 99 lives when you choose a stage. Kinda neat, but how do you get back to the menu if you change your mind? Ah well.
It was fun having Jimmy along for this. Pepsi Man and Pokémon Typing are both awesome and I'm very happy he brought them along :)

Another one joins and Suzy names them Flotsam and Jetsam. I didn't know the reference so I looked it up and they're characters in The Little Mermaid. Never watched it...
After a while the colour goes and things get all mysterious. Barry teases about it here which is pretty funny :) Arin often does this with Danny!
It's a nice cliffhanger with this cool mysterious Atlantis like structure showing up.

DARK DUNGEONS - JONTRON

Jon talks about this Jack Chick comic tract today. Wow! I remember coming across these online and even came across one offline in Irish. They get AROUND!
But yeah, interesting subject because this one talks about Dungeons & Dragons. We never really had that kind of scare here.
Ah so this video is about the actual film adaptation of this tract! Whoa!
The RPGers... Wow... this movie tries to make them look dangerous and sexy. Crikey...
Actually, the tone of this film is almost exactly like those tract comics. It's a very interesting approach to doing an adaptation!
I like the way Jon does the RPG gun joke :)

Danny and Arin continue "Short Muncher" by Sina. This one is turning into quite a lengthy stage!
Hey hey.... those spiked enemies... they look exactly like the sea urchins from Link's Awakening :O were they in any other Mario game?
They talk about how Game Grumps is 4 years old now. I don't exactly feel like it's been around forever. It still feels like a newish thing to me.
Danny beats the stage :) but at the same time leaves the mysterious red door... What's behind it? We may never know... unless I download it and play it or view it in the editor or something. No hassle.
They move on to "スプラトゥーン Splattack! - Splatoon" by ちゃがま. It's a beautiful looking stage from the preview!
It plays the Splatoon battle tune! One of the original ones anyway. It's pretty amazing and you'd expect this to be an automatic stage but it's not at all. Still challenging.
Next up is "Full outomatic mario全自動マリオ" by şнøтα €. It's an impressive automatic stage with shell riding and lots of springs. I like the way Mario is bouncing in celebration at the end!
Next up is "It only gets harder" by KenKnight. Ooo... that hidden Spiny was devilish!
I never thought of looking up "dictionary" in the dictionary... I have looked up "Google" in Google and don't worry! Nothing happened. :) The internet didn't break or anything!
Ah that tease-y cloud along the way...
The ending was cool with the Super Mushroom tucked away behind the flagpole! Looks pretty satisfying to do!
Next up enthusiastically is "Castle Hassle" by SwellowBrd.

Ross and Jimmy play through the Pepsi Factory! Very difficult place with conveyor belts everywhere. Sounds really difficult for an endless runner. These episodes seem popular enough!
Ross is so enraged he challenges Pepsi's PR team to a Twitter fight! It's pretty funny :) it would be funny to see some kind of a fun stunt on Twitter.

SUPER MARIO MAKER PART 124 - THIS GUY DOES NOT SUCK!

Danny takes the reins from Arin! It's been too long since he experienced the pain. The thumbnail has DAN PLAYS inscribed on it but the Grump faces don't look any different.

Danny continues "mnon?" by a Japanese person. He does a good job and does the twirly jump thing in the air! Arin has a "what's the deal" kind of discussion about Twitter hashtags.

What happened to Mario with that sound effect when he fell down the hole? There seems to be a few of these that happen randomly!
Paleo diet sounds interesting. Glad it's working out for Arin :) wonder what coconut ice cream is like? If it's made from the milk it might be nice to try out. I've never tasted coconut milk either.

Ross and Jimmy go on to the next stage, Pepsi City! Another very hard stage with lots of devastation and dead bodies everywhere(at least I think they're dead) and inverted controls when the bin is on Pepsi Man's head.
Brian's face flashes briefly on the screen! Had to stop and go back a few times to confirm it!
Jimmy talks about using smartphone dating apps. Interesting stuff. I've never used those. I know well about those reservations, meeting with strangers and stuff. Eek! Ross does a nice impression of a bad stranger, a Freddy Krueger who loves Pokémon GO! Haha :)
Ross is handling this level pretty well and taking the difficult parts in his stride. Failing isn't causing mental anguish so that's nice :)
Well, not raging on the same scale as he did with the last level.
Guys don't queef Jimmy!
Jimmy has a go as well and it proves too painful so it's back to Ross. Not that it's easy for him so he has Jimmy tell a story to help him cope with the difficulty. It's a toasted bagel story and getting the wrong order all because you don't understand what the other person is saying. That is the stuff of first world nightmares :(
After a while the pain comes back even more.
The game really doesn't look that difficult when you watch a longplay of it but now I really understand how difficult it could actually be.
Sonic Dash, a similar type of game, is pretty hard and much more unfair than this game looks, but this game looks really hard when I see them play it.
That thing with the two trucks catches them so much. It's on a bend too and with the inverted controls it can't be a nice thing to handle!
Eventually they get past it again. In the final stretch, panic sets in and every possible bad thing happens, including running out of time just before the end! They finally make it though and it's just such a beautiful thing :)
Oh those no PS1 memory card blues! I know them so well! Missing ones, full ones, third party ones... I've experienced every possible dilemma!

Arin and Danny continue "The 7 Towers of Terror" by K-MONEY. It takes some doing, but they beat it!
Imagine being that age and your best friend hasn't been born yet! Pretty interesting! I was still a toddler back then.
They move on to "Hot under the Collar" by Chris. A short stage dense with enemies and Arin knocks it out of the park! Pretty satisfying! and Arin has a new love for videogames now! had us going for a few minutes there. Whew!
They proceed to "heights" by camperguy. Wow this is hard with the flying Bowser Juniors. It's another dense but short level and they have good fun finishing it. That "throwing shapes" line throws Danny off into a burst of laughter :)

SUPER MARIO MAKER PART 122 - GHOSTIE, HORROR AND TERROR

Arin and Danny continue "Ghostie 4 ever! ver2" by Sina. Very treacherous tunnel with those pinball bumpers and fire cannons.
Yay they figured out the POW set down thing quickly :)
Lots more stuff to figure out though. Are you really expected to stack all those POWs like that to the other door? That seems near impossible... They decide to move on...
Next up is "Twisted Haunted Horrorscape" by Jaybles.
Some spooky messages written in coins like "Get out" and "Trust will destroy you". But... if I don't trust that message then I am trusting the message by not trusting! Gah!
Other spooky messages too and those weird skinny shitake mushrooms as well.
After completing, they go on to "The 7 Towers of Terror" by K-MONEY.
That Bruno Mars song does sound familiar but not the freaking title! I never watched Super Bowl shows but I remember seeing pictures of the doofy shark they're talking about from Katy Perry's performance.
Some difficult wall jumping sections with the enemies here. I'm glad they noticed the shell helmet. It'll come in handy.

SUPER MARIO MAKER PART 121 - COMPLIMENTS FROM GIRLS

Arin and Danny continue "Three and a Half Puzzles" by conformist.
They talk about compliments received from girls. They're always awesome and not plentiful enough in my opinion!
They move on to "Boss Rush" by RubberRoss... and quickly pass on! They don't want to do it again. It's very possible to stumble across Ross' levels because they're rated so highly.
They escape to "not so easy" by Lupin. Arin is drawn in by the implied taunt!
Aw... that's so sweet to hear about Danny's childhood friend! I know exactly what he means about having that crush and not knowing what to do so you just do silly stunts! Such a bittersweet thing to hear about...
The level is not so difficult after all and they finish and move on to "Mushroom adventure //Speedrun" by Miku90. Quite devilish to put fast conveyor belts behind the pipes!

POKÉMON GO PARTY BUS! - GRUMPOUT

So many people for this video! Ross introduces the whole thing. The Grumps and their friends got a party bus and went around LA to play Pokémon GO, the hottest smartphone game around!
Love the kazoo freeze frame celebrations :)

Poor Ross! I think this is the most angry I've ever seen him at a game! Danny comes in at one stage to check on them! He could hear Ross screaming through two soundproof doors!

He eventually does beat it and is unable to speak with the emotion. The actor guy then laughs while munching on some crisps. The laugh is kind of maniacal. Maybe he knows how crazy hard the level is!

It seems to work but not without a slow tense scene.
I don't get the whole fade to white thing in video games. That's too bright!

They meet Polly Oxford. The whistling theme sounds a lot like Super Mario World standard level music alright!
That breakfast table is comically gigantic!
Their dialogue at breakfast is pretty funny! Very MST3K like with Arin and Danny riffing too!
That huge dining room looks fun to run around in to be honest :) wouldn't like to be the one vacuuming the place though.

SUPER MARIO MAKER PART 119 - MORE PUZZLES, BALLS AND TRICKINESS

Arin and Danny continue "Solve the Wizard's Puzzles?!" by Joe. They get the pachinko key by accident and thankfully make it to the check point :)
Mike Rowe or Gordon Ramsay as Guest Grumps... both sound promising :)
The Magikoopa zaps the axe on the bridge. :O that is truly gobsmacking. Arin isn't alone there.
But then it reappears? That's baffling... at least it opens the way though!
After completing, they go on to "Bulletball" by PStart.
It's a cool level with a practice section. Lovely 80s training montage singing by Danny there from The Karate Kid movie :)

SUPER MARIO MAKER PART 118 - SHELL PUSHER

Arin and Danny go on to "Solve the Wizard's Puzzles?!" by Joe.
Nice tricky puzzle at the start, followed by some weirdness and a chance pachinko-like or coin pusher-like arcade game where they have to get a shell to collect the key.
I love the little discoveries there are to be made in this level. :)
The music thing I reckon it was just synchronised well.

Whoa... Mike Rowe would be an extremely interesting guest to have on the show for Guest Grumps! Make it happen please!

Ross and Jimmy take on the legendary Pepsi Man! Not sure if this is Jimmy's doing but a lot of thanks goes to him for bringing these great games into the limelight!
Ross' first impressions are similar to mine! It's a joyful and hugely fun game that made me go out and buy loads of Pepsi when I first saw it on YouTube! Regular Pepsi of course, none of that Pepsi Max stuff. For some reason though, Pepsi Max seems to be a lot more plentiful in shops.
I love that panicked "Cowabunga!" Ross yelps when he skateboards down the hill!
The actor who does the live action segments in this game sounds nice. I like his couch potato character, which is the kind of thing we loved from the 90s. It makes you think of Homer Simpson or Beavis and Butthead.

LEARN WITH POKÉMON: TYPING ADVENTURE - BEST TYPING GAME EVER!

Ross has Jimmy Whetzel along today to play this game! I love this game by the way and am so glad they're playing it on Grumpcade :)
For some reason I can't get the keyboard to work on my Android tablet... Ah well.

Arin and Danny face the dragon again with Shadow this time. The fight is very difficult and the run up to it is so taxing with the crumbling path that they have to do pauses and fast forwards.

I like both Anchorman films as well. That car accident scene in the second one was very good and had such a silly set up! :)
That section where they learn the fire punches looks pretty tough alright. Arin recites the Prince Ali song from Aladdin in non-song form and Danny has no idea what he's talking about lol.
Ah they're scratching cards like in Smurfs Epic Run, another Ubisoft game :)

Arin and Danny take on this dark edgy game. Love the humour they bring to it. It would be hard to stomach otherwise. That blind date joke was hilarious and the censorship birds are skillfully placed.
Arin gives the children Gollum like voices. That was pretty funny with the zoom in on the creatures!

Wow... the game seems like a really difficult Lunar Lander type of game, except with a cute kitty astronaut instead of a vector graphical ship. Suzy struggles and has to make a few attempts to get to the checkpoints. It does look really hard! Some pinball like bumpers in the way too!
In the next level he has a little kitty scouter! Cute :) Honey goopy stuff is a big hazard here.
So yeah. Seems like a cute game! Maybe when the full version comes out she can go back to it someday!

Wow... that health problem with the cyst on his tailbone sounds like it was a horrible time. That problem he had with his canine tooth as well sounds really bad too :(
High School wasn't enjoyable for him except for drama class which he enjoyed a lot so that was nice.
I didn't get a mobile phone for a long time either.
He talks about going through school and choosing his college and still paying off his student loans.
He talks about his study programme in China and even speaks a bit of the language!

Interview no. 3 in this series! This time it's one of the original Grumps being interviewed by one of the newest! Arin's a little shy at first but Brian helps him to open up :)
They talk a bit about interviews and how the same questions get asked again and again. I kinda know from watching multiple interviews with people I like as a fan. It must get old alright... actually I remember there was a video making fun of Vin Diesel answering the same way in loads of promotional interviews for his latest movie at the time. Promo stuff must be a wearing experience.
I remember Muppet Babies vaguely! But yeah, Arin loved flip books and animated stuff that way at first. He also taught himself claymation and he goes in depth about it. It's really fascinating and worth listening in!
He even did live readings of these claymation videos because he didn't know how to dub at the time. That's like some silent film thing right there where they had to play music live to the projection!
Arin talks about his discovery of parody and listening to comedy downloads on Napster when he was growing up. Also about making stuff like Dragon Ball Z in a nutshell and putting it out there and the way it was a breakthrough in itself.
Then there was his time on Newgrounds where he got really popular then too. He talks about the origin of the Egoraptor handle and the related character he had.
He talks about what he was like in high school and the way he can be energetic but also quiet.
He talks about struggling with his own happiness and doing animation and trying to be his own person... good amount of stuff here.
He talks about his time on doing animations and parodies for MTV and lots of grown up stuff like getting paid and doing taxes and stuff.
I remember he mentioned he was going to sell his cartoons on DVD at one point.
They have a great discussion about financial success and "it's all about the art, man" and the kind of conflict that is ever present there. They also talk about how important that making a living is too and how it enables loved ones to be able to live their lives. Some very important things there.
I love the discussion they have about cartoons and anime Arin watched when he was growing up. :)
It's lovely the part where Arin talked about meeting Jon and about them hanging out together for ages before creating Game Grumps and about them admiring stuff in each other. I can see why of course because they're both highly talented, as are all the Grumps really.
Aw I remember Jon's Malkovich game show! Also it's pretty interesting to hear about Arin's initial rough start with getting to know Barry!
Wow, so more about the Fox and Wolf clone argument! Also, the way it was one of the major things that inspired Game Grumps in the first place!
I remember that old tweet Arin made about Let's Plays and when it was dug up for the subreddit (I think). How times change! XD
Very interesting to hear about the initial stages of Game Grumps. I experienced Game Grumps from the very beginning because I discovered the JonTron channel during the same summer and I was marathoning his videos. One of the things I remember from the early days is their Twitter link having a picture of the blue bird with a grumpy expression!
That's excellent advice at the end about starting your work. Just to do it. I can relate with just deciding to start blogging. Weighing up all the reasons... but then ahh... just get to doing it already!

They talk a bit about interviews and how the same questions get asked again and again. I kinda know from watching multiple interviews with people I like as a fan. It must get old alright... actually I remember there was a video making fun of Vin Diesel answering the same way in loads of promotional interviews for his latest movie at the time. Promo stuff must be a wearing experience.
I remember Muppet Babies vaguely! But yeah, Arin loved flip books and animated stuff that way at first. He also taught himself claymation and he goes in depth about it. It's really fascinating and worth listening in!
He even did live readings of these claymation videos because he didn't know how to dub at the time. That's like some silent film thing right there where they had to play music live to the projection!
Arin talks about his discovery of parody and listening to comedy downloads on Napster when he was growing up. Also about making stuff like Dragon Ball Z in a nutshell and putting it out there and the way it was a breakthrough in itself.
Then there was his time on Newgrounds where he got really popular then too. He talks about the origin of the Egoraptor handle and the related character he had.
He talks about what he was like in high school and the way he can be energetic but also quiet.
He talks about struggling with his own happiness and doing animation and trying to be his own person... good amount of stuff here.
He talks about his time on doing animations and parodies for MTV and lots of grown up stuff like getting paid and doing taxes and stuff.
I remember he mentioned he was going to sell his cartoons on DVD at one point.
They have a great discussion about financial success and "it's all about the art, man" and the kind of conflict that is ever present there. They also talk about how important that making a living is too and how it enables loved ones to be able to live their lives. Some very important things there.
I love the discussion they have about cartoons and anime Arin watched when he was growing up. :)
It's lovely the part where Arin talked about meeting Jon and about them hanging out together for ages before creating Game Grumps and about them admiring stuff in each other. I can see why of course because they're both highly talented, as are all the Grumps really.
Aw I remember Jon's Malkovich game show! Also it's pretty interesting to hear about Arin's initial rough start with getting to know Barry!

I remember that old tweet Arin made about Let's Plays and when it was dug up for the subreddit (I think). How times change! XD
Very interesting to hear about the initial stages of Game Grumps. I experienced Game Grumps from the very beginning because I discovered the JonTron channel during the same summer and I was marathoning his videos. One of the things I remember from the early days is their Twitter link having a picture of the blue bird with a grumpy expression!
That's excellent advice at the end about starting your work. Just to do it. I can relate with just deciding to start blogging. Weighing up all the reasons... but then ahh... just get to doing it already!

Ross begins with his Irish parents and a little bit of their history. He then talks about what he was like as a baby and about his lifelong love for drawing and cartoons. That brontosaurus drawing made out of poo he made as a baby must've been something else...
I love how he drew comics despite having to deal with school and everything.

Ahh... Newgrounds. I discovered it myself back in 2002 with limited internet access and only watched stuff but Ross was in it for a long time. He learned Flash in his early teens which is a really cool thing :)
It's also really good that he had animation while having to put up with high school. As for me, I drew lots of comics when I was in secondary school and I should get into that kind of thing again.
I never watched Van Helsing but I remember all the trailers for it.

Arin appears before the video to announce a brand new podcast called "Before The Grumps"! Wow! This is pretty cool! Sounds kind of ideal for me too right now because my internet is acting goofy and slow.
Danny and Arin go through a machine that makes them naked and they meet a pulsating blob of legs, arms and human flesh. Yeah it's just like Akira, my thoughts exactly!
They get sucked up into it and continue playing this way. KANEEEEEEDAAAA!
Wow that "Are you the president?" scene was pretty cool!
The dogs still chase but they don't know what to do.
The spectator sport thing is pretty funny too.

RAYMAN LEGENDS PART 2 - DANNY GRUMPS, ARIN NOT SO GRUMPS

Brian and Danny appear before the video in an advert skit for Loot Crate. Danny's got this flamboyant English voice and Brian is his usual charming self. That one point where only his lips move reminded me of those old cartoons that weren't animated at all except for the mouth, which were just real mouths. I didn't watch those growing up but I saw them recently and they looked freaky! Anyway, funny skit and I love the way Danny's glasses keep falling off and reappearing!
Arin and Danny roleplay as each other. Arin does it so sweetly :) I can just picture the tears of joy in Danny's eyes. Ahh!
They eventually unlock the female character. She's cool.
Ah yeah Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze is similar enough to this in many ways and it's a good game too. I haven't finished it yet either. I still much prefer the SNES and GB DKC and DKL games myself.

RAYMAN LEGENDS PART 1 - LEGENDARILY GORGEOUS

Brian and Danny appear before the video to announce a Ninja Sex Party live show in Los Angeles and provide a link to buy tickets. Woo! Arin appears as a surprise from under the blanket, so Starbomb and TWRP are gonna be there too. Yeehaw! After the announcement and funny captions and VHS effects, Danny rushes forward and gives us a big kiss! Aw! Brian gives us an almost kiss.
Arin and Danny play this gorgeous game together! Wow... I remember that rolling along the hotel walls video they did. That was quite a long time ago! I assume they're playing the PlayStation 4 version because of the L1 and R1 icons on the screen...
Ah, now I know it's the PS4 version with the touch pad thing.
I wonder what Sonic game Arin was playing? Black Knight or something else?

"Wecht's Sky". It doesn't get any better than this :) everything is Wecht! He's very kind to consent to anyone and everyone to go explore the Wecht planet!
I love the old Laurel and Hardy joke "terracotta".
The next planet they name "YouTube Comments". Yikes!
I love that comic Barry mentioned "You made this I made this". Anthony Clark made it and I love his stuff. Beartato rules!

Ok I finally got around to watching Peter Dinklage's Space Pants song. It's just as amazing as I'd expected! I'm a big fan of his so I don't know how I've made it this far without watching... All mafia dramas need Space Pants and Gwen Stefani for a bit of comic relief!

Danny and Arin do some improvised puzzle solving. They talk about good old VHS times. Ahhh :) interesting how Danny tried to end the King Kong and Godzilla movie with his own ending where Godzilla wins instead. I feel that way about a lot of movies actually! I like to fast forward through the bits I don't like with movies I've seen already. A personal example of mine is fast forwarding through Eugene Levy's character bits in Splash because I just wanted to see the lovey dovey stuff between Tom Hanks and Daryl Hannah's characters.
Wow those bodies hanging upside down with the opposite gravity... looks so creepy and they twitch too! Danny's glad he isn't playing alone. I'm glad I'm not experiencing this alone either thanks to watching him and Arin play it.
"It sort of rhymes with "mildren"!". Love that routine :)
Nice way to speed up the puzzles when you've someone who's played it before. It helps things! Nice one Arin :) he's breaking out into song, singing that Virgin America safety video again. It is freakin' catchy!

SUPER MARIO MAKER PART 114 - FONDLIN' YER PARTICULARS

Arin and Danny move on to "The Rockwell Virus" by Red Alien.
Of course Danny wouldn't eat bacon, being Jewish and all? I love bacon and I can't eat chicken or turkey at all. I rarely eat fish. Almost the opposite to Danny...
That is a weird painting to see in doctors' offices. That turn and cough thing is pretty strange too. Ah well. That story about trying to make jokes in an awkward situation like that is funny though. Haha, "particulars" :)
This level has the clown car with the fire spit thing. It's pretty challenging looking but seems satisfying to pull off.

SUPER MARIO MAKER PART 113 - CLOUD OR CLOWN

It's another grand return to this series! Though the gap between episodes isn't that big this time.
Arin appears before the video for a wonderful skit in black and white in a post apocalyptic setting. There's some silly shaky cam in there but Arin's own performance and anguish is Oscar-like! At first I thought he was cosplaying as the Angry Video Game Nerd or something! But no, it's an advertorial skit for Audible.com! Nice and entertaining :)
Arin and Danny move on to "Warning" by James. They lost footage from a previous recording sadly :(
It's a really hard looking level but Arin's done it before in the lost recording, so he's much better at it!
After finishing, they move on to "M1-2 - L'attaque des goomba" by Zélénox.
This level wasn't too hard but it looked very enjoyable :)
Next up is "l'épopé de Mario !!!" by ban. 2sem.
Strange level that catches you out here and there. If you pick the clown car or stomp all the Koopas you could get messed up.

This cartoon is inspired by the time Arin and Danny were traumatised by the crazy stuff going on in Super Troll Islands. The dialogue is great and the colours and drawings in this cartoon are absolutely gorgeous!

Danny and Arin help the kid escape and splash down in the water below. Wow this kid is a good swimmer. He can make the water raise and lower like Mario in Wet Dry World in Super Mario 64 :)
They have a Mycaruba moment and say that it just can't be a coincidence.
That puzzle where they have to turn the wheel a bit, then hide, then turn again, then hide again is taxing alright! Happens quite a bit in stealth games.
Ah yeah that rope is just like in Donkey Kong Jr. :) nice reference they make.

It would be easier to play this game with the Wii Remote certainly.
An F grade... they're getting better at the game at least!

Arin and Ross have Chris OneyNG on board today for this game. Ross takes Arin apart for saying "Grumpcade" instead of Steam Train. Yikes! I'd better not mistake this show for anything else with my labels! Chris explains what the NG in his name stands for. There we go!

Big interesting discussion about dolphin sex going on here... that reminds me of the scene on the boat in The Motorcycle Diaries.

They fall into an area where zombies are in line so they pretend to be one to try and fit in. A sentry robot is looking at them and when they fail it drags them away. Really severe stuff...
They have to imitate the zombies and it looks pretty stressful, especially with all that scrutiny.
They fool the sentry robot but they can't fool the dog! After escaping they have to do some precarious puzzling. The game seems demanding mentally as well as emotionally. Danny's really into it which is good :)

This game reminds me of Fairune on 3DS. This would be lovely on the 3DS actually. This game is free on Steam Ross says so that's cool.

Oh my goodness... it's a light gun shooter? Instead of Operation Wolf in a war setting, Assault City in a robot apocalyptic setting, House Of The Dead in a zombie setting, or Ghost Squad in a counter-terrorist setting, it's over-amorous girls running at you and you shoot love letters at them. In other words, something original!
Arin gives the MC his usual visual novel surfer dude voice and Danny gives Ekoro the Cupid an adorable slight voice with funny pronunciations of words.
Nice rimshot whoever's editing this episode!

MARIO & SONIC AT THE RIO 2016 OLYMPIC GAMES - REINTRODUCTION TO THE WII REMOTE

Brian and Ross try to remember where the last Olympics was held. What's more interesting is the story of Chris losing a bet involving a celery stick and his bum. Tough break!
Ross voices Sonic and it's on par with Arin and Danny voicing him! His Princess Peach sounds like Mickey Mouse. His Yoshi voice is puffy and good but he loses points for speaking in English. Parentheses means different language! His Tails voice is Mickey Mouse again but more of a derpy version. He gives Knuckles a good mature and serious voice. Cubot is given a generic robot voice. Cubot's a difficult one because he switches between different accents right? At least he did in Sonic Colours I think. Love this voice montage :)
There's some amusing fiddling with Wii Remotes when they pick their Mii characters. It's amazing how after 10 years people are still only getting the controller's versatility.

It's relevant! Starbomb and TWRP are involved in this too! I love the funny edits throughout the video. Check out Brian's eyes towards the end! O_O
Danny and Arin go into some kind of abandoned factory house building thing. That song Arin sings helps to bring up the mood in this gloomy place! :)

Arin gives the protagonist a very Patrick Warburton sounding voice, like Flynn from Spyro and the Skylanders or something. He gives Amatsuka a voice that's a lot like Elmo or Toad.
Danny gives Shinobu a nasal basic girl voice. As for the other girls... there are too many to keep track of all of a sudden! Gah! I know how lost Danny feels right now!
Suddenly there are love confessions coming from every direction and... cliffhanger!

Interesting thing about waiters. It is definitely worth being nice to them though.
I know next to nothing about Kurt Cobain. That connection Danny felt he had with him is awe inspiring though and is sure to make us lovelies think about our connection with the Grumps...

Off to a rocky start but this time it's Claarff struggling with the items! His full restores couldn't outlast Mr. Mart's Surf move!
Also, Alakazam was defeated in one move. Gah!
Buntd, does a bold move and it results in a poisoning and the inevitable victory! They have finally beaten the game and seen this through! Yay!
Professor Oak shows up. Remember all that time ago when he was the first character they met and he was all about defecating in his pants? After 119 episodes, it seems he's finally gotten over that problem!
Hoo boy, I remember from levelling up my Pokémon to 100 that when you go back to the game you can face the Elite Four again and the rival just to level up.
Wonderful epilogue commentary from Arin and Danny :) Arin lists out the Pokémon games he wants to get started on... Is he nuts? Also, why didn't he mention Crystal? You can play as a girl in that.

KATAMARI FOREVER PART 15 - DANNY, PLEASE LISTEN TO "HONEY TO THE BEE" BY BILLIE PIPER!

Arin and Danny are back and talking with the depressed King of the Cosmos robot thingy. Is he inspired by the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy robot?
They both have a discussion about robots. It's a discussion I often wonder about myself! About full automation, post-scarcity... even thought about the concern Danny has about whether people should invest in the robots. Actually, investing in an automaton is probably the stage we're at right now. I'm definitely weary of the robot uprising thing though. Robots will make everything better. EVERYTHING! Eventually.

Arin learns about crooning. I thought everyone knew about that word! You know, Frank Sinatra? Funny how Arin tries to make his own sense of it and how they make fun with it! :)
