This cartoon's inspired from when Jacob Anderson aka Raleigh Ritchie was on the show and did the awesome accent thing they wanted to open with. It was pretty funny and nicely animated in this cartoon! In this they have Jacob scaring American people with his cowboy hat and strange accent being filtered multiple times.
