We're introduced to Carmensita, who gives a crown of flowers to her dad. Aw :)
Also Ernest, who's a bit of a rogue. His dad has to deal with him doing rogueish stuff.
They all have a discussion on the Cool Dad crisis, that being how kids don't think they're cool once they hit puberty. They kinda accept this and settle for being Good Dads before observing Joseph's amazing grilling and burger flipping skills.
DadBook is brought up and they're all on it, suggesting Suzy do the same. Yikes!
Later on, Amanda goes on a night out, leaving Suzy to be all worried for her. She distracts herself with a cooking show — or at least, tries to!
Amanda comes home and she's okay though she hasn't seen the texts that Suzy sent her. Suzy gives out to her and Amanda says she's eighteen and everything but there's no big argument. Suzy then is all worried and finding it hard to sleep when the idea of Amanda being away at college comes up. Aw...
Lovely dad bedroom though.
