the g club - arms - episode 3 - suitable for pros

Audio: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DrdsSfG4IyE

Arin and Barry talk about the new Nintendo game ARMS!

They start by practising their Japanese. Something about drinking a newspaper lol.

Arin's been playing a lot. Barry hasn't bought the game yet due to it costing 60 dollars right now and Splatoon 2 coming soon. Arin bought loads of eShop stuff :)

Arin's a seasoned fighting game fan and he was really drawn to this game. He talks about it and yes, the game has quite a bit of depth!

Barry played a bit too when the testpunch was going on. I did too and found the game to be basically great fun and deserving of mass participation. I didn't buy it though because it just isn't good value for money for an offline single player. At least not until a big discount happens. Barry touches on this point too. Like him, I'm not big into fighting games!

Arin makes an interesting point about observing nuance and getting a reading on an opponent's emotional state. You really can perceive a bit about what their state of mind is like.

Arin's not a fan of the Beyblade stage :P he talks about it in great detail!

Barry makes a great point about updates and how they ought to have detailed patch notes.

Towards the end they briefly talk about the first few months of Nintendo Switch. They're not doing too badly! :)
