The Wii had a lot of horror titles and it's amazing to see so many played this Halloween! We join Arin and Danny as they do comical Dracula impressions and name their character ZANUS. They also choose left-handed control as it's Danny that's playing.
My goodness that tiny skeleton host with the chipmunk voice is freaking adorable. Danny gives a comical shriek the first few times he sees it too. They way it pops from behind doors and chairs and then back is fun and creepy!
So this game is all about finding the hidden items from a list in the spooky house and solving basic puzzles. Family friendly stuff but it also has a very nice Halloweeny spirit.
Arin and Danny have a good time doing it and make tons of jokes at every turn.
Last Ghoul Grumps of the year. Gotta say it was packed with Halloween goodness. We laughed with fun at Dead Rising, our jaws dropped in awe with Deadly Creatures, things got very heavy and sad with SOMA, got a jump scare or two with Cursed Mountain, had a nice unwinding time with Spooky Cats and this and loads of Wii games were shown! A big thanks to them for getting us into the spirit. Suzy was also great since she was putting out Halloween themed videos as early as a month ago and doing the cosy campfire story thing with Chris and Cory when they all played Costume Quest.
Now I won't be as grumpy when Christmas stuff starts coming too early!
