Bill Farmer does the voice of Goofy :) he's pretty talented! And yeah the Goofy movies are weirdly dramatic. It's very strange to hear Goofy's voice in a family drama. Good point Danny has about the sequel not being as goofy as its title "An Extremely Goofy Movie".
