Arin and Danny make a reference to that clip of Hulk Hogan where there's a guy in the background that throws a dog into the water. It's pretty weird!
I checked out that "I can't believe you've done this" video that Danny was talking about. Wow! The way that guy carried himself! That video has millions of views! The other videos on that channel have much fewer views in comparison.
During a cut scene Arin says he's flossing his toes with the Wii Remote and Nunchuck chord. :O (I never thought of that)
"Sonic's Ultimate Harem" by Li'l Knuckles. By request, Danny reads this Sonic fan fiction while Arin fights a boss. It's about Sonic and Princess Peach getting it on. There are some non-canon elements that Arin points out, interrupting the storytelling, which is hilarious!
The story goes on for the whole episode too! It's lewd of course but it's so entertaining as well!
